コロナ感染、微増傾向続く　クラスターも多様化―厚労省助言組織

　新型コロナウイルス対策を助言する厚生労働省の専門家組織「アドバイザリーボード」の会合が２８日開かれ、感染状況について「１０月以降、微増傾向が続いている」との見解をまとめた。感染拡大につながるクラスター（感染者集団）の類型が多様になっていることも指摘した。
　全国の人口１０万人当たりの新規感染者数は、６～１２日の１週間は２．８４人だったが、１３～１９日が２．９５人、２０～２６日３．２１人と、徐々に増えつつある。
　１人の感染者が平均してうつす人数「実効再生産数」は、全国的に感染拡大を示す「１」をわずかに超える水準が続いている。各地の実効再生産数は１１日時点で、北海道１．９、東京０．７５、愛知１．０４、大阪１．３９、福岡０．９６、沖縄１．８３などだった。
　クラスターについては、歓楽街での発生に加え、会食や職場、在留外国人の集団でも起きていると指摘。外国人向けに言語や生活習慣の違いに配慮した情報提供をするなど、対応が必要とした。（2020/10/28-19:04）

The number of newly confirmed cases of novel coronavirus infection in Japan has been rising slightly since early this month, a health ministry panel of experts said Wednesday.
   The panel also warned that cluster infections are occurring in various settings.
   Across the nation, the number of people who tested positive for the coronavirus virus per population of 100,000 stood at 2.84 in the week to Oct. 12, 2.95 in the week to Oct. 19 and 3.21 in the week to Monday.
   The effective reproduction number, or the average number of people to whom an infected person transmits the virus, has been staying slightly above 1.0, which signals a spread of the virus nationwide.
   By prefecture, the number as of Oct. 11 stood at 1.9 in Hokkaido, 0.75 in Tokyo, 1.04 in Aichi, 1.39 in Osaka, 0.96 in Fukuoka and 1.83 in Okinawa.
