銀行貸出、過去最高伸び　２０年度上半期、４．２％増―全銀協

　全国銀行協会が９日発表した預金・貸出金速報によると、全国の銀行１１３行の９月末の貸出金残高は５３４兆２０６８億円となった。３月末に比べて金額で２１兆４３４１億円増え、伸び率は４．２％。１９９９年１０月の統計開始以来、半期ベースで過去最高の伸びだった。新型コロナウイルス感染拡大を受けた政府の資金繰り支援を背景に、企業向け融資が積み上がった。
　半期ベースでの貸出金残高の伸び率は、リーマン・ショック当時の０８年度下半期（１０～３月）に４．０％増を記録したが、２０年度上半期（４～９月）はこれを上回った。政府による緊急事態宣言下の４、５月は大企業を含め資金繰り不安が高まり、銀行融資が大幅に伸びた。
　一方、前年同月比で見た９月末残高は６．１％増と、２カ月続けて伸び率が縮小。前月比では０．１％減と３カ月連続で減り、経済活動再開に伴い大企業では銀行借り入れへの依存度が低下している。中小企業を主な融資先とする地方銀行、第二地方銀行は前月比でそれぞれ０．１％、０．２％増えたが、メガバンクなど都市銀行は０．３％減少した。（2020/10/09-18:34）

Bank lending in Japan grew a record 4.2 pct in the April-September first half of fiscal 2020, against a backdrop of the government's funding support measures in response to the coronavirus epidemic, industry data showed Friday.
The outstanding amount of loans extended by 113 banks across Japan totaled 534,206.8 billion yen at the end of September, up 21,434.1 billion yen from the end of March, according to the Japanese Bankers Association.
