ＨＩＳ、増資で２２０億円調達　香港ファンド、沢田社長も引き受け

　旅行大手エイチ・アイ・エス（ＨＩＳ）は２日、海外ファンドを引受先とする第三者割当増資などにより２２６億円を調達すると発表した。沢田秀雄社長も一部を引き受ける。新型コロナウイルスの影響による旅行需要の低迷が長引く恐れがあることから、増資で財務基盤を強化する。
　香港の投資会社ロング・コリドー・アセット・マネジメントが運営するファンドが８０億円の新株を引き受ける。また、ファンドと沢田氏に対する新株予約権の発行・行使により、１４６億円を調達する。筆頭株主は増資後も沢田氏で変わらない。（2020/10/02-17:58）

Japanese travel agency H.I.S. Co. said Friday it will raise 22.6 billion yen in fresh capital to bolster its financial base hurt by the coronavirus fallout.
Of the total, 8 billion yen will be raised through the issuance of new shares for allotment to overseas funds managed by Hong Kong-based Long Corridor Asset Management Ltd.
