新賃金制度受け入れ　人事評価で定昇差拡大―トヨタ労組

　トヨタ自動車労働組合（組合員約６万９０００人）は３０日、愛知県豊田市で開いた定期大会で、新賃金制度の受け入れを満場一致で可決した。新制度は定期昇給のうち一律に上がる部分を廃止し、人事評価に応じて昇給がゼロにもなり得る仕組み。昇給に差をつけ、社員の働く意欲を一層高める狙いで、労使の考えが一致した。
　トヨタ労組と会社側は、２０２０年春闘交渉で新賃金制度の導入に向けて協議を始めることで合意し、春から協議を進めていた。職位ごとに決まる固定部分と人事評価で決まる積み上げ部分を統一し、２１年度からの昇給分に反映する。定期大会後の記者会見で労組の古川貴之企画広報局長は「組合員としっかり議論した上で理解を得られた」と説明。「（昇給ゼロは）相当レア（まれ）なケースだ」と話した。（2020/09/30-20:52）

Toyota Motor Corp.'s labor union unanimously accepted the company's plan to introduce a fully performance-based pay system at an online general meeting Wednesday.
Toyota will abolish the current seniority-based system including regular pay hikes to introduce the new system, under which job performance ratings will decide the size of annual wage increases and some employees may receive no pay hike depending on the ratings.
