第一生命、米損保を買収　子会社通じ１００億円で

　第一生命ホールディングスは２８日、米子会社プロテクティブ（アラバマ州）を通じ、同国で損害保険事業を手掛ける「ワランティトプコ」（ジョージア州）を買収すると発表した。買収金額は非公表だが、１００億円程度とみられる。２０２１年３月ごろまでに手続きを完了する予定。（2020/09/28-18:10）

Dai-ichi Life Holdings Inc. said Monday that U.S. subsidiary Protective Life Corp. will acquire Warranty Topco Inc., which runs the Revolos nonlife insurance business in the United States.
The acquisition price has not been disclosed, but it is expected to be around 10 billion yen. The buyout is likely to be completed by March 2021.
