ＵＳＪ、アルバイト削減　再開後も客足戻らず

　ユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパン（ＵＳＪ）は１６日、アルバイトの削減に踏み切ったことを明らかにした。新型コロナウイルスの影響でパーク再開後も客足が戻らない状態が続いているため。社員は減らさないが報酬を減らし、人件費の削減に踏み切る。
　約１万１０００人の全従業員のうち、アルバイトは９０００人程度を占める。休園中、アルバイトには賃金の６割以上の金額が休業補償として支払われていた。ＵＳＪは新規採用の停止に続き、このほど一部アルバイトの契約更新を見送った。
　ＵＳＪは、新型コロナ感染拡大防止のため、２月末から約３カ月間休業。現在も入場者数を収容人数の半分以下として運営している。（2020/09/16-15:27）

Universal Studios Japan has reduced its part-time workforce, as the number of visitors remains sluggish since the end of its temporary closure due to the coronavirus outbreak, officials of the theme park in the city of Osaka, western Japan, said Wednesday.
Part-time workers accounted for around 9,000 of its workforce of about 11,000. When the theme park was closed for about three months from late February, part-time workers received over 60 pct of their wages as leave compensation.
