ゴーン被告の流用新たに１０億円　日産に申告漏れ指摘―東京国税局

　日産自動車の前会長カルロス・ゴーン被告（６６）による会社資金の私的流用疑惑をめぐり、日産が東京国税局から２０１９年３月期までの５年間で約１０億円の申告漏れを指摘されたことが２０日、関係者への取材で分かった。過少申告加算税を含む法人税の追徴税額は約２億５０００万円に上る。
　関係者によると、ゴーン被告が私的に利用した社有ジェット機の費用や、東京やパリの住居の家賃、レバノンの大学への寄付などについて、日産の経費への計上が認められなかった。また、同被告の姉に対するコンサルタント業務名目の報酬については、架空の業務委託費に当たり、仮装・隠蔽（いんぺい）を伴うとして重加算税を課された。
　ゴーン被告をめぐっては、東京国税局が１４年３月期までの３年間でも同様に約１億５０００万円の申告漏れを指摘。東京国税局が認定した同被告による私的流用額は、８年間で計約１１億５０００万円に上った。日産は今年２月、同被告による一連の不正問題で多額の損失を被ったとして、１００億円の損害賠償請求訴訟を横浜地裁に起こしている。
　ゴーン被告は１８年１１月に金融商品取引法違反（有価証券報告書の虚偽記載）容疑で東京地検特捜部に逮捕され、同罪と会社法違反（特別背任）罪で起訴されたが、保釈中の１９年１２月にレバノンへ不正出国した。
　東京国税局はまた、日産に対する１９年３月期までの５年間の税務調査で、タックスヘイブン（租税回避地）にある関連会社の所得をめぐっても約１５億円の申告漏れを指摘。過少申告加算税を含む法人税の追徴税額は約４億円という。
　日産自動車の話　税務調査は終了し、税務当局から更正通知を受け取った。通知書に従い、対処する。（2020/08/20-13:31）

Japanese tax authorities have concluded that former Nissan Motor Co. Chairman Carlos Ghosn used more company funds for private purposes than previously confirmed, informed sources said Thursday.
   The Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau found that Nissan failed to declare about 1 billion yen in taxable income over the five years through March 2019, judging that costs related to Ghosn's personal use of a Nissan-owned jet and other payments should not have been counted as the automaker's expenses.
   Payments also judged to be his personal expenses include a donation to a university in Lebanon and rents he paid for his residences in Tokyo and Paris.
   Also, the bureau concluded that money he gave to his sister in the name of consultation fees was a dummy payment for the purpose of concealing income, imposing punitive taxes on the automaker.
   Nissan was told to pay about 250 million yen in back taxes and penalty, including extra taxes for underreporting its income.
