ＡＮＡ、政投銀・３大銀に資本支援を要請　５０００億円規模、財務強化

　ＡＮＡホールディングスが資金調達に向け、日本政策投資銀行と３メガバンクなどに５０００億円規模の支援を要請したことが１３日、分かった。新型コロナウイルス流行の影響で業績不振が続く中、資本に近い性格を持つ「劣後ローン」を使い、財務基盤を強化する。
　劣後ローンは、通常の融資よりも返済の優先順位が低く、借入金でありながら資本金に準じた扱いを受けられる。
　ＡＮＡは政投銀や、三菱ＵＦＪ銀行、三井住友銀行、みずほ銀行などと協議に入った。調達額は４０００億～５０００億円程度で調整している。（2020/08/13-18:38）

ANA Holdings Inc. has asked the government-backed Development Bank of Japan and three Japanese megabank lenders for financial assistance totaling about 500 billion yen, informed sources said Thursday.
The parent of All Nippon Airways hopes to strengthen its financial base through subordinated loans amid a business slump due to the spread of the novel coronavirus, the sources said.

Switch to Japanese
