感染者想定しシミュレーション　高齢者施設に点検要請―厚労省

　厚生労働省は、新型コロナウイルスの感染再拡大を踏まえ、全国の高齢者施設に対し、感染者が出た場合を想定したシミュレーションを８月中に行うよう求める方針を決めた。消毒液やマスクといった衛生用品の備蓄状況や職員の健康管理体制の自主点検も併せて要請。９月上旬までに都道府県や政令市を通じて実施状況の報告を求める。
　重症化リスクが高いとされる高齢者のクラスター（感染者集団）化を食い止めるのが狙い。
　対象は特別養護老人ホームや介護老人保健施設、サービス付き高齢者向け住宅など高齢者が集団で生活する施設全て。厚労省はシミュレーションの具体的な内容として、濃厚接触者を個室に移す「生活空間の区分け」を施設内でどう行うかなどを想定しており、職員や経営者の間で検討を求める。
　また施設職員が感染した場合、濃厚接触者の同僚職員が自宅待機を余儀なくされるため、人手不足が予想される。そのためシミュレーションでは、勤務体制の変更や系列施設からどの程度応援職員を呼べるかも確認・検討を促す。
　このほか、厚労省は各施設に▽手指消毒や換気など感染防止対策の向上▽衛生用品の備蓄の確保・在庫管理▽管轄の保健所や検査機関の連絡先の把握▽感染者発生時の対応方針の共有―に関するチェックリストを配布。実施していることを確認し、自治体に報告するよう求める。（2020/08/13-07:05）

Japan's health ministry plans to ask elderly facilities to simulate a coronavirus outbreak by the end of August, as part of its resurgence response, according to ministry officials.
   Staff at the facilities will also be asked to check stock levels of sanitary goods such as disinfectant and face masks and how they are checking the health of the staff.
   With the steps, the ministry aims to prevent an infection cluster among elderly people with a higher risk of developing serious conditions, the officials said.
   Facilities will have to report to the ministry by early September on whether they have taken the steps.
   Facilities required to carry out such simulations are special elderly nursing homes, nursing care facilities, homes for the elderly with care services and other establishments where many old people live together.
