オンワード、韓国撤退へ＝日韓関係悪化で不振

　アパレル大手のオンワードホールディングス（ＨＤ）は７日の決算説明会で、韓国から撤退すると発表した。同国での事業はゴルフウエア販売が中心。日韓関係の悪化による反日感情の高まりなどで、売り上げが落ち込んでいた。
　ゴルフウエアブランド「２３区ゴルフ」の店舗を２０２０年２月までに閉鎖し、現地法人を清算する。
　オンワードＨＤは４日、大規模な事業構造改革の一環として、６００店規模とみられる国内外の不採算店舗の閉鎖を発表していた。７日の説明会では、ショッピングセンター向けブランド「フィールドドリーム」（国内１５店）や、セレクトショップ「オープニングセレモニー」（同１店）などの事業から撤退する方針も明らかにした。（2019/10/07-16:58）

Japanese apparel maker Onward Holdings Co. said Monday that it is pulling out of South Korea, after the rise of anti-Japanese sentiment from strained bilateral ties led to sluggish sales in the country.
Onward Holdings, which mainly sells golf apparel in South Korea, will shutter stores of its 23ku Golf brand by February 2020 and dissolve its local subsidiary, the company said at its financial results briefing.
