工事業者からも金品受領＝元副社長ら３人、３９０万円－「原発マネー」直接還流か

　関西電力の幹部らが福井県高浜町の森山栄治元助役（故人）から多額の金品を受領した問題で、豊松秀己元副社長ら３人が、関電が工事を発注した業者からも３９０万円相当の金品を受け取っていたことが４日までに分かった。電気料金を原資とする「原発マネー」が直接、経営幹部に還流していた疑いが強まった。
　関電によると、金品を渡していたのは、森山氏に資金を提供していた建設会社「吉田開発」（同町）など２社。関電幹部２０人は３億２０００万円相当の金品を受け取っていたが、このうち３９０万円分は豊松元副社長と大塚茂樹、鈴木聡両常務執行役員の３人が２社から直接受領していたという。
　大塚氏は吉田開発から現金１００万円と商品券４０万円相当を受領。豊松、鈴木両氏は、別の１社から１着５０万円のスーツ仕立券を計５着分受け取っていた。３人はこのほか、森山氏からも多額の金品を得ていた。
　関電の調査報告書によると、森山氏が幹部との会食に吉田開発など工事業者を同席させ、その場で金品を渡すこともあった。業者が金品を準備していると疑われるケースもあったが、「必ずしも明確でなく、出所は分からなかった」という。（2019/10/04-05:20）

In an unfolding money scandal, Kansai Electric Power Co. executives received money directly from local contractors for its Takahama nuclear plant in Fukui Prefecture, it has been learned.
   The company said last week that 20 executives were given 320 million yen's worth of money and goods in total by a former deputy mayor of the nuclear plant's host town of Takahama.
   Of the total, 3.9 million yen was actually handed by two contractors to three of the 20--former Executive Vice President Hideki Toyomatsu and Managing Executive Officers Shigeki Otsuka and Satoshi Suzuki--according to Kansai Electric officials.
   An inspection by local tax authorities found that one of the contractors, Yoshida Kaihatsu, paid about 300 million yen in the name of commissions to the former deputy mayor, Eiji Moriyama, who died in March.
   According to an investigation report released by Kansai Electric on Wednesday, contractor officials sometimes attended meetings between Moriyama and Kansai Electric executives.
