仏スパイダーマン、ドイツの高層ビルに「登頂」　その後逮捕される

【フランクフルトアムマインＡＦＰ＝時事】世界各地の高層ビルによじ登り、「フランスのスパイダーマン」との異名をとるフリークライマー、アラン・ロベールさん（57）が28日、ドイツのフランクフルトにある高層ビルに登り、その後逮捕された。現場に居合わせたAFP記者が伝えた。（写真は独フランクフルトにある高層ビル「スカイパー」に登頂した後、ビルから連れ出されるフリークライマーのアラン・ロベールさん）
　ロベールさんは、高さ１５４メートルの高層ビル「スカイパー」の「登頂」に安全器具を装着せず無許可で挑戦。わずか３０分で最上部に到達した。通行人らは足を止め、見上げたり、写真を撮ったりしていた。
　地上に戻ると、ロベールさんは警察に逮捕された。スカイパーに登った理由については明らかにしなかった。
　ロベールさんは１９９４年以来、ドバイのブルジュ・ハリファや仏パリのエッフェル塔など、世界中の高層ビルの登頂に成功。今年８月には、大規模な民主派デモに揺れる香港の高層ビルに登り、「平和」をモチーフにした垂れ幕を披露した。【翻訳編集ＡＦＰＢＢＮｅｗｓ】

Alain Robert, dubbed the French Spiderman for his exploits in climbing buildings around the world, was arrested Saturday in the German city of Frankfurt after scaling the Skyper tower, an AFP journalist reported.
Robert, 57, reached the top of 154-metre (500 feet), 42-floor building in just half an hour -- without permission nor safety equipment -- causing passersby to stop, stare and take photos.
Back on the ground, police moved into to arrest Robert who has chalked up a series of similar stunts across the globe since 1994, among them the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
In August, he climbed a Hong Kong skyscraper and unfolded a peace banner as massive and sometimes violent pro-democracy protests rocked the city.
Saturday, he gave no reason for his Skyper climb.
