万博「行きたい」２２％　時事世論調査

　時事通信の３月の世論調査で、４月１３日に開幕する大阪・関西万博に行きたいと思うかどうかを聞いたところ、「思う」は２２．０％にとどまった。「思わない」は６５．３％だった。
　万博は前売り入場券の販売が伸び悩んでおり、石破茂首相が当日券導入を決めるなど、てこ入れに力を入れている。世論調査では開幕直前となっても国民の関心が低いことが裏付けられた。
　調査は７～１０日、全国の１８歳以上の２０００人を対象に個別面接方式で実施。有効回収率は５９．３％。（2025/03/13-17:45）

Only 22 pct of people in Japan hope to visit the World Exposition in the western city of Osaka, a Jiji Press survey showed Thursday.
   Meanwhile, 65.3 pct of respondents said they do not want to go to the event, which starts on April 13. The results show that public interest in the event remains low even as the opening approaches.
   As sales of advance Expo tickets have been sluggish, efforts are underway to turn the situation around. Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba has decided the introduction of same-day tickets.
   The interview survey was conducted on 2,000 people aged 18 or older across the country over the four days through Monday. Valid responses came from 59.3 pct.
