米ファンドに日本ＫＦＣ売却　三菱商事、来月にも

　三菱商事が、ファストフード「ケンタッキーフライドチキン」を運営する日本ＫＦＣホールディングスの全保有株式を、米投資ファンドのカーライル・グループに売却する方向で最終調整していることが２６日、分かった。５月中にも決定する見通しだ。
　カーライルは三菱商事が持つ約３５％に加え、他の株主からも株式を取得し、日本ＫＦＣを非公開化する考えとみられる。日本ＫＦＣは東証スタンダードに上場しており、時価総額は約１１００億円。（2024/04/26-20:18）

Mitsubishi to Sell KFC Japan Stake to U.S. Fund

Major Japanese trading house Mitsubishi Corp. is in the final stages of talks to sell all of its shareholdings in KFC Holdings Japan Ltd. to U.S. investment fund Carlyle Group, informed sources have said.
Mitsubishi is expected to make a decision on the sale by the end of May, according to the sources. KFC Holdings Japan runs the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant chain in the country.
