２月機械受注、７．７％増　基調判断「弱含み」据え置き―内閣府

　内閣府が１５日発表した２月の機械受注統計（季節調整値）によると、企業の設備投資の先行指標となる民間需要（変動の大きい船舶・電力を除く）の受注額は前月比７．７％増の８８６８億円となった。２カ月ぶりのプラスで、２０２３年１月以来の上げ幅だったが、基調判断は「足元は弱含んでいる」に据え置いた。
　内閣府は、幅広い業種で設備用機械類の受注が伸びたと指摘。一方、「大きなプラスの反動で翌月に下がることもあり、様子を見たい」と基調判断を維持した理由を説明した。（2024/04/15-11:38）

Japan's seasonally adjusted core machinery orders in February rose 7.7 pct from the previous month, the first increase in two months, the Cabinet Office said Monday.
   Private-sector orders excluding those for ships and power equipment, closely watched as a leading indicator for corporate capital spending, totaled 886.8 billion yen. The monthly increase was the biggest since January 2023.
   The government agency, however, kept its basic assessment intact, saying that machinery orders are at a standstill.
   "We want to see further developments since a big rise is sometimes followed by a drop the next month," an official said.
   Machinery orders from manufacturers gained 9.4 pct to 396.3 billion yen, led by orders from makers of electronic devices such as calculators. Automakers and auto part makers also placed brisk orders.
