マンション価格８３６０万円　バブル期上回り、過去最高―１月首都圏

　不動産経済研究所が１７日発表した１月の首都圏（東京都、神奈川、埼玉、千葉各県）の新築マンション平均価格（１戸当たり）は前年同月比４７．９％上昇の８３６０万円だった。バブル期に記録した７４９７万円（１９９０年１１月）を上回り、過去最高を更新。東京都心部で高額物件が発売され、平均を押し上げた。
　東京２３区では平均価格が１億５１１万円と、約２７年ぶりに１億円を超えた。港区などの高額物件が寄与したという。（2020/02/17-14:42）

Tokyo-Area Condo Price Rises to Record 83.6 M. Yen

The average unit price of new condominiums put up for sale in the greater Tokyo area in January jumped 47.9 pct from a year before to a record 83.6 million yen, the Real Estate Economic Institute said Monday.
The previous record high was 74.97 million yen marked in November 1990 amid Japan's asset inflation-driven bubble economy.
