経済同友会代表幹事に新浪氏が就任　「現状維持病吹き飛ばす」

　経済同友会は２７日、総会と理事会を開き、新浪剛史氏（サントリーホールディングス社長、６４）の代表幹事就任を正式に承認した。任期は４年。新浪氏は「日本を覆う『現状維持病』を吹き飛ばしたい」と改革に意欲を示した。
　新浪氏はあいさつで、日本を取り巻く環境について「地政学的な地殻変動や急激なインフレーションの波が押し寄せ、日本は岐路に立っている」と指摘。厳しい社会経済環境を乗り越える好機とするため、会員の経営者らに対し、大胆に変革に取り組むよう呼び掛けた。
　新浪氏は、注力分野として人材活性化やイノベーション（技術革新）促進、スタートアップの強化など八つを挙げた。その上で「企業、政府などの垣根を越え、リスキリング（学び直し）の支援に積極的に関わりたい」と表明した。
　就任後の記者会見では植田和男総裁が就任した日銀の金融政策に言及。「２％の物価目標達成は日銀だけではできない」とした。その上で、政府・日銀のアコード（政策協定）見直しや雇用拡大、賃上げなどを「合わせ技でやらなければいけない」と注文を付けた。（2023/04/27-19:33）

Takeshi Niinami, president and CEO of Japanese beverage maker Suntory Holdings Ltd., took the helm at the Japan Association of Corporate Executives, or Keizai Doyukai, a major business lobby, on Thursday.
   "Japan is at crossroads, facing geopolitical tectonic shifts and a wave of rapid inflation," Niinami, who assumed the post of Keizai Doyukai chairman for a four-year term, said in an inaugural speech.
   "I'll get rid of the fixation on maintaining the status quo that plagues Japan," he said.
   Niinami called on executives of Keizai Doyukai member companies to work on drastic reform to survive the challenging socioeconomic environment.
   He listed eight priority areas, including revitalizing human resources, promoting innovation and nurturing startups. Niinami said he plans to actively engage in reskilling support.
