逮捕の男、事件前に車で下見か　不適切取引指摘の男性任意聴取―餃子の王将事件・京都府警など

　「餃子の王将」を展開する王将フードサービスの社長だった大東隆行さん＝当時（７２）＝が２０１３年に射殺された事件で、殺人容疑などで逮捕された特定危険指定暴力団工藤会（北九州市）系組幹部の田中幸雄容疑者（５６）が事件の約２カ月前、軽乗用車で福岡から京都に移動していた疑いがあることが３０日、捜査関係者への取材で分かった。
　また、王将フードサービスの第三者委員会から同社との不適切な取引を指摘された企業グループの当時の経営者の男性が、容疑者の逮捕後、京都府警から任意で事情聴取を受け、関係先を家宅捜索されたことも判明した。
　軽乗用車は、事件に使われたとみられるバイクの盗難現場付近でも確認されていた。バイクの物色や現場の下見が目的だったとみられ、京都、福岡両府県警合同捜査本部は、同容疑者が入念に準備をしたとみて調べている。
　田中容疑者は１３年１２月１９日早朝、京都市山科区の本社前にいた大東さんの腹などを拳銃で数発撃ち、失血死させた疑いが持たれている。
　捜査関係者によると、同年１０月、九州ナンバーの軽乗用車が同市伏見区の飲食店駐車場を走行するのが防犯カメラの映像で確認された。車は田中容疑者が知人から借り、福岡方面から京都に来て、京都府内のバイクの盗難現場近くも走行し、高速道路で福岡の空港周辺に戻ったという。
　また、飲食店駐車場の防犯カメラ映像には、車から降りた男が止めてあったバイクにまたがり、車と並走する形で走り去っていたことも記録されていた。捜査本部は、事件に複数の人物が関わった疑いがあるとみて調べを進めている。（2022/10/31-07:14）

The suspect arrested for allegedly killing the then president of "gyoza" dumpling restaurant chain Ohsho Food Service Corp. in 2013 may have visited Kyoto Prefecture about two months before the murder occurred in the western Japan prefecture, investigative sources said Sunday.
   Yukio Tanaka, 56, a senior member of a group affiliated with major crime syndicate Kudo-kai, is suspected of using a minivehicle to go to Kyoto from Fukuoka Prefecture, southwestern Japan, apparently to check the site of the murder in advance and to look for a motorcycle to steal for use in the murder case, according to the sources. Kudo-kai is based in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka.
   Security cameras caught in October 2013 the minivehicle, which Tanaka is seen to have borrowed from an acquaintance, running at a parking lot of a restaurant in the city of Kyoto and near the place in Kyoto Prefecture where a motorcycle was stolen.
   In early morning on Dec. 19, 2013, Takayuki Ohigashi, the then 72-year-old president of the firm operating the "Gyoza no Ohsho" restaurant chain, was shot three times in the stomach and once in the chest at a parking lot in front of Ohsho Food Service's head office in Yamashina Ward in the city of Kyoto, the Kyoto Prefecture capital, when he got off the car he drove from his home. He died of blood loss.
   The investigative sources also said Sunday that the Kyoto prefectural police department questioned former owner of a corporate group whose inappropriate ties with Ohsho Food Service had been pointed out by a third-party panel of the restaurant chain operator. The questioning was conducted on a voluntary basis after Tanaka was arrested on Friday. The police also searched locations related to the former corporate group owner.
