連合、賃上げ目標「５％程度」へ　物価高で、２８年ぶり水準―２３年春闘

　連合が、２０２３年春闘で定期昇給と基本給を底上げするベースアップ（ベア）を合わせた賃上げ要求を「５％程度」とする方向で調整していることが１８日、分かった。食品価格や電気代などの上昇で家計の負担が増していることなどを考慮し、１６年春闘以降掲げてきた「４％程度」から引き上げる。要求水準は、「５～６％」を打ち出した１９９５年以来、２８年ぶりの大きさとなる。
　２％の定昇を前提に、過去７年連続で「２％程度」としてきたベアの要求水準は「３％程度」に引き上げる方針だ。２０日に開く中央執行委員会で基本構想として確認し、１２月１日の中央委員会で正式決定する。ベア要求は１０年連続となる。（2022/10/18-19:55）

The Japanese Trade Union Confederation, or Rengo, is making arrangements to demand a pay hike of around 5 pct in next year's "shunto" labor-management negotiations, sources said Tuesday.
   The envisioned target for pay-scale and regular salary growth will be lifted from around 4 pct set in the annual negotiations since 2016, given that households are bearing heavier burdens due to soaring prices.
   Specifically, Rengo, the umbrella body of labor unions across Japan, plans to demand a pay-scale increase of around 3 pct, up from around 2 pct it sought in the seven years to 2022, on the assumption that regular wages will be raised 2 pct, according to the sources. Rengo will be seeking a pay-scale hike for the 10th consecutive year.
   Rengo will formalize the pay hike target at a central committee meeting on Dec. 1 after adopting it as a basic concept at an executive meeting to be held on Thursday.
