組織委元理事、４回目逮捕へ　サン・アローから８００万円―大会マスコット販売仲介か・五輪汚職

　東京五輪・パラリンピックを巡る汚職事件で、大会組織委員会元理事の高橋治之容疑者（７８）＝受託収賄容疑で再逮捕＝について、東京地検特捜部は勾留期限の１８日、公式マスコットのぬいぐるみ製造・販売を受注した「サン・アロー」（東京都千代田区）から約８００万円を受領した疑いが強まったとして、同容疑で再逮捕する方針を固めたもようだ。関係者への取材で分かった。
　特捜部は同社の元社長（７４）や、高橋容疑者の知人で、資金の受け皿になった会社の代表（７５）からも既に任意で事情を聴いている。
　高橋容疑者は紳士服大手ＡＯＫＩホールディングス、出版大手ＫＡＤＯＫＡＷＡ、広告大手大広に絡む事件で３回逮捕され、立件された賄賂は計約１億４２００万円に上る。この知人の会社には広告大手ＡＤＫ（旧アサツーディ・ケイ）からも計約１９００万円が支払われており、特捜部が調べている。（2022/10/18-16:45）

Public prosecutors are preparing to serve a fresh arrest warrant on Haruyuki Takahashi, a former Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics organizing committee executive, for allegedly receiving bribes from a company that made and sold stuffed toys of the sporting events' official mascots, informed sources said Tuesday.
   The arrest warrant will be the fourth for Takahashi, 78, in a series of bribery cases linked to the Tokyo Games, held last year.
   Tuesday is the last day of Takahashi's current detention period.
   The Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office suspects that Takahashi received some 8 million yen in bribes from Sun Arrow Inc. in return for serving as a mediator for the Tokyo-based company to win a license contract.
   The prosecutors are also questioning on a voluntary basis a 74-year-old former president of Sun Arrow, as well as a 75-year-old acquaintance of Takahashi who heads a consulting company to which payments of the alleged bribes were made.
