元理事、ＡＯＫＩから要望書　前会長が五輪事業取りまとめ指示―請託裏付け、東京地検押収・五輪汚職

　東京五輪・パラリンピックのスポンサー選定などをめぐる汚職事件で、大会組織委員会元理事の高橋治之容疑者（７８）＝受託収賄容疑で逮捕＝が、紳士服大手ＡＯＫＩホールディングス前会長の青木拡憲容疑者（８３）＝贈賄容疑で逮捕＝らから同社の五輪事業に関する要望を文書で受け取っていたことが１９日、関係者への取材で分かった。
　要望書は、スポンサー契約に付随する公式ライセンス商品販売の早期実現などを求めた内容で、青木容疑者が専務執行役員の上田雄久容疑者（４０）＝同＝に指示し用意させたという。東京地検特捜部はＡＯＫＩ側から要望書の元データを押収しており、高橋容疑者への請託を裏付ける証拠の一つとみて調べている。
　関係者によると、青木容疑者らは下位スポンサー「オフィシャルサポーター」の募集や選定が始まった２０１７年１月から、高橋容疑者が経営する東京都内の高級ステーキ店などで頻繁に顔を合わせ、上田容疑者もしばしば同席していた。スポンサーの地位獲得などに関して依頼していたとみられ、１７年夏ごろ高橋容疑者から「スポンサーに内定した」と伝えられた。
　スポンサー契約の発表は翌１８年１０月だったが、青木容疑者はこの間、スポンサー契約を足掛かりにした事業展開の計画策定を上田容疑者に指示。契約発表の直前に会食した際は、上田容疑者が高橋容疑者に要望書を示しながら説明し、手渡していた。書面には開幕まで２年を切る中、公式ライセンス商品の早期販売に向けた審査の迅速化などに加え、日本オリンピック委員会（ＪＯＣ）による日本選手団公式服装に関する要望も盛り込まれていた。
　高橋容疑者はスポンサー選定やライセンス商品販売契約などに関して依頼を受けた見返りに、計５１００万円の賄賂を受け取った疑いが持たれている。逮捕前の任意聴取に「会食でごちゃごちゃ言っていたのは覚えているが、内容までは記憶していない。ＪＯＣの公式服装に関し何もしていない」などと説明し、逮捕後も「５１００万円は正当なコンサルタント料で、五輪と無関係だ」と容疑を否認しているという。（2022/08/19-14:24）

Haruyuki Takahashi, a former Tokyo Games organizing committee executive, had received a written request from Aoki Holdings Inc. regarding its involvement in the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, it was learned Friday.
   Takahashi, 78, was arrested for allegedly receiving 51 million yen from the Aoki side, including the company's founder and former Chairman Hironori Aoki, 83, as reward for giving favors to the apparel group over a Tokyo Games sponsor contract and another contract to sell official licensed products related to the Games, held in 2021.
   Under law, members of the organizing committee were defined as quasi-public servants banned from receiving money or goods in relation to their duties.
   Some from the Aoki side, including the former chairman and Katsuhisa Ueda, 40, a company executive, were arrested for alleged bribery.
   The former chairman had Ueda prepare the written request, calling for an early start of sales of official licensed products, according to informed sources. Rights to sell such items were granted to Tokyo Games official supporters.
