セブン、改めて解除通告　時短オーナー、営業継続の方針

　セブン―イレブン・ジャパンは２９日、大阪府東大阪市のセブン―イレブン加盟店に対し、フランチャイズ契約の解除を改めて通告した。加盟店のオーナー、松本実敏氏が明らかにした。松本氏は自主的に営業を続ける一方、年明け以降、オーナーとしての地位確認を求め訴訟を提起する考えを示した。
　松本氏は２９日、取材に対し「（本部から）信頼が回復できない。（契約を）解除すると言われた」と語った。営業継続に関しては「（本部に）意見を言うと（加盟店が）つぶされる前例とならないよう頑張りたい」と話した。
　松本氏は２月、人手不足を理由に本部との合意がないまま深夜営業を中止。コンビニエンスストアの２４時間営業が社会問題化するきっかけとなった。（2019/12/29-18:50）

Seven-Eleven Warns Osaka Store of Franchise Termination Again

Convenience store chain Seven-Eleven Japan Co. on Sunday warned a store in Osaka Prefecture, western Japan, again that their franchise contract will be terminated, the store's owner said.
Earlier this month, the company told the owner of the Higashiosaka store, Mitoshi Matsumoto, that the franchise contract will be scrapped on Tuesday, saying there are many customer complaints against the store.
