感染症危機管理庁を新設　日本版ＣＤＣ創設も―岸田首相１５日表明

　新型コロナウイルス対応の経験を踏まえ、政府が次の感染症危機に備えてまとめた対応方針案の全容が１４日、明らかになった。司令塔機能を強化するため、「感染症危機管理監（仮称）」をトップとする「内閣感染症危機管理庁（仮称）」を内閣官房に新設。また、国立感染症研究所と国立国際医療研究センターを統合し、米疾病対策センター（ＣＤＣ）の日本版を創設すると明記した。
　岸田文雄首相が１５日の記者会見で表明する。１７日に決定した上で、法制化に向けて準備に入る見通しだ。
　対応方針案によると、政府は厚生労働省に新たな組織「感染症対策部（仮称）」も設置する。省内で感染症対応や危機管理に関わる課室を統合するもので、平時から危機管理庁と感染症対策部は緊密に連携する。
　日本版ＣＤＣは専門家組織の強化が狙いで、感染症対策部の管理の下に置く。
　有事になれば、感染症対策部を中心とする厚労省職員や他省庁の職員を危機管理庁の下に招集。危機管理庁は政府対策本部長（首相）の指示を行政各部に徹底し、日本版ＣＤＣと連携しつつ、一元的に感染症対策を行う。招集要員はあらかじめリストアップし、迅速に対応できるようにする。（2022/06/14-22:49）

The Japanese government plans to newly set up an agency at the Cabinet Secretariat to oversee responses to outbreaks of infectious diseases, government sources said Tuesday.
   Prime Minister Fumio Kishida is expected to announce the plan to set up the infectious disease crisis management agency at a news conference to be held Wednesday to mark the end of a parliamentary session.
   Currently, several health ministry bureaus and the Cabinet Secretariat separately handle responses to the COVID-19 pandemic, including imposing restrictions on people's movement.
   The new agency will be set up under the direct jurisdiction of the prime minister and unify the functions of these offices.
   In a separate move, the government is planning to unify the National Institute of Infectious Diseases and the National Center for Global Health and Medicine to strengthen the country's capabilities to deal with outbreaks.
