岸田首相、ロシアを非難　「制裁へ調整」、半導体輸出規制など検討―ウクライナ問題

　岸田文雄首相は２２日、ロシアがウクライナ東部の親ロシア派地域の独立を承認したことを非難するとともに、制裁を含む厳しい対応について、先進７カ国（Ｇ７）と調整する考えを示した。首相官邸で記者団の質問に答えた。半導体の輸出規制などが検討されている。
　首相は「一連のロシアの行為はウクライナの主権と領土の一体性を侵害するものであり認めることはできない。強く非難する」と表明。「事態の展開を深刻な懸念をもって注視している」とした上で、「Ｇ７をはじめとする国際社会と連携し、制裁を含む強い対応について調整していく」と述べた。
　政府は貿易や金融に関する対ロ制裁について国際社会と協調して対応する考え。Ｇ７は１９日の外相会合で、ロシア軍が侵攻すれば制裁を含む「甚大な代償」を払わせる方針を確認した。関係者によると、半導体などハイテク製品の輸出を規制する措置などが検討されている。
　松野博一官房長官は２２日の記者会見で「現時点で邦人の生命・身体に被害が及んでいるとの情報には接していない」と述べた。（2022/02/22-12:50）

Kishida Condemns Russia's Recognition of Separatists

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida condemned Russia on Tuesday for recognizing separatist regions in eastern Ukraine as independent.
   He told reporters in Tokyo that Japan will coordinate with other Group of Seven major countries to impose sanctions against Russia.
   Restrictions on semiconductor and other technology exports are under consideration, sources familiar with the matter said.
   "A series of actions by Russia violate Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity and are unacceptable," Kishida said, stressing, "We strongly condemn them."
   Kishida said, "We are paying close attention to the situation with grave concerns."
