対北朝鮮、安保協力を強化　共同声明で中国けん制―日米韓外相

　米ハワイを訪問中の林芳正外相は１２日午後（日本時間１３日午前）、ブリンケン米国務長官、鄭義溶韓国外相と約２時間会談し、共同声明を発表した。最近相次いだ北朝鮮のミサイル発射を非難し、「深刻な懸念」を表明。３カ国の安全保障協力を強化して抑止力を高める方針を示した。台湾に軍事的な圧力をかける中国もけん制した。
　日米韓の外相会談は２０２１年９月以来で、林氏の出席は初めて。
　北朝鮮は核実験や大陸間弾道ミサイル（ＩＣＢＭ）試射の再開を示唆し、地域の緊張を高めている。共同声明は北朝鮮の「完全な非核化」に向け、国連安全保障理事会の制裁決議の厳格な履行を各国に要請。同時に北朝鮮に対して「前提条件なし」で対話に応じる姿勢を示した。
　日韓間では歴史・領土問題をめぐり対立が続く。ただ、鄭氏は会談後の共同記者会見で「韓国の立場は明確だが、北朝鮮対応には影響しない」と明言した。
　共同声明は「台湾海峡の平和と安定の重要性」を強調。中国を念頭に「現状変更を試み、緊張を高めるいかなる一方的な行動にも強く反対する」と表明した。
　また、「自由で開かれたインド太平洋」と「ルールに基づく国際秩序」を目指す立場を明記。サプライチェーン（供給網）の強化やサイバー攻撃対策、経済安全保障に連携して取り組む方針を盛り込んだ。
　◇ウクライナ「支持」
　３外相は会談で、ロシアの脅威にさらされるウクライナについて「主権と領土の一体性に対する揺るぎない支持」を確認。ロシアによるこれ以上の行動を抑止するため緊密に協力することで一致した。
　ブリンケン氏は共同会見で「ロシアが侵攻すれば同盟国と即座に結束し、厳しく対応する」と言明。「そうしたことがまかり通れば、欧州だけでなく世界中で『パンドラの箱』が開くことになる」と述べ、中国などの力の行使を誘発しかねないとの認識を示した。（2022/02/13-18:31）

The foreign ministers of Japan, the United States and South Korea shared grave concerns on Saturday over the recent series of missile launches by North Korea and reaffirmed close collaboration between their countries in dealing with the reclusive state.
   The agreement was reached at a meeting in Hawaii of Japanese Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and South Korean Foreign Minister Chung Eui-yong.
   It was the first three-way foreign ministers' meeting since September 2021. Hayashi, who took office last November, participated in the forum for the first time.
   The three foreign ministers discussed ways to achieve the full denuclearization of North Korea, which has raised regional tensions by suggesting the resumption of a nuclear test and a test-firing of an intercontinental ballistic missile after launching a series of missiles, including a medium-range ballistic missile, earlier this year.
   Japan and South Korea have differences over history and territorial issues. But at a joint news conference, Chung said that although South Korea has clear positions on the issues, its responses to North Korean issues will not be affected.
