食品輸出、ニーズ把握カギ　５兆円目標へ販路開拓急ぐ

　２０２１年の農林水産物・食品の輸出額が前年比２５．６％増の１兆２３８５億円に上った。政府が０６年に掲げた「年間１兆円」目標を初めて突破したが、この先は２５年に２兆円、３０年に５兆円と高いハードルが待ち構えている。達成には輸出先のニーズに合った生産・加工体制を整えるとともに、販路をどこまで拡大できるかがカギを握る。
　宮崎県都城市の食肉加工大手「ミヤチク」は、ブランド和牛「宮崎牛」などの出荷が米国を中心に年々増加。２０年度の４６８トンから、２１年度は４～１２月の９カ月間で４９６トンに膨らんだ。これまでは高級レストラン向けが主体だったが、コロナ禍を契機とした「巣ごもり需要」を追い風に家庭向けも伸びた。
　政府は２５年に牛肉を２１年の３倍に当たる１６００億円、ホタテは６５６億円、日本酒は６００億円、リンゴは１７７億円にそれぞれ引き上げることを目指す。目標達成に向け、輸出先それぞれの「好み」に応じた商品の量産に取り組む全国１３００カ所近くを「輸出産地」に選定。財政・技術面で支援する。
　輸出を増やすもう一つのカギは販路拡大だ。政府は生産者と輸出事業者らが連携した海外への売り込みを後押しすることに加え、東京電力福島第１原発事故後に各国・地域が導入した輸入規制を撤廃するよう働き掛けをさらに強める。規制国・地域は事故後の５５から１４に減ったものの、中国や韓国など主要市場が制限を続けている。金子原二郎農林水産相は「規制の撤廃を政府一体となって働き掛けていく」と意気込んでいる。（2022/02/05-07:17）

The key for Japan to realize its goal of raising annual agriculture and food exports to 5 trillion yen by 2030 is to understand overseas consumers' needs and create production and processing systems to meet them, analysts say.
   Expanding sales channels will also be important for the achievement of the target.
   Japan's farm and food exports in 2021 grew 25.6 pct from the previous year to a record high of 1,238.5 billion yen.
   Although the figure achieved the government's goal of 1 trillion yen in annual exports, set in 2006, for the first time, it is still far below its goal of expanding the amount to 2 trillion yen by 2025 and 5 trillion yen by 2030.
   At major Japanese meat-processing company Miyachiku in Miyakonojo in the southwestern prefecture of Miyazaki, the amount of overseas shipments of Miyazaki "wagyu" beef and other items to the United States and elsewhere has been increasing year by year.
