アパレル元代表ら逮捕　着服疑い、被害数千万円か―「司法取引」利用・東京地検

　アパレル会社「ＧＬＡＤＨＡＮＤ」（東京都渋谷区）の資金を着服したなどとして、東京地検特捜部は１０日、業務上横領の疑いで元同社代表取締役、幸田大祐容疑者（４１）＝東京都港区＝ら２人を逮捕した。いずれの認否も明らかにしていない。被害額は数千万円に上るとみられ、特捜部は日本版「司法取引」を利用して捜査していた。
　関係者によると、取引に合意したのは、不正に関与し、手口や経緯を把握する同社社員。特捜部は、社員から幸田容疑者らの着服を裏付ける証拠の提供を受ける見返りに、社員を起訴しない約束をしたもようだ。
　司法取引の適用は昨年６月の導入以来、日産自動車の前会長カルロス・ゴーン被告（６５）に続く３例目とみられる。
　幸田容疑者らの逮捕容疑は今年７月中旬～８月中旬、５回にわたり、世田谷区の会社事務所で売上金計約５００万円を着服した疑い。（2019/12/10-11:19）

Public prosecutors arrested a former head of apparel firm Glad Hand & Co. and a current official of the Tokyo-based company on Tuesday for alleged misappropriation.
   This is the third case in which Japan's plea-bargaining system, introduced in June 2018, was used. The second case involved former Nissan Motor Co. boss Carlos Ghosn, who has been indicted on charges of financial misconduct.
   In the misappropriation case, the former Glad Hand head, Daisuke Koda, 41, and the other suspect are charged with pocketing a total of about 5 million yen from a company office in Tokyo's Setagaya Ward between mid-July and mid-August this year.
   The special investigation team of the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office did not disclose whether the suspects have admitted the charges. The total amount of Glad Hand funds embezzled by the duo may have actually reached tens of millions of yen, investigative sources said.
   Under the plea-bargaining system, a Glad Hand employee is believed to have provided evidence of the suspects' embezzlement to the prosecutors, in exchange for immunity in the case.
