沢尻エリカ容疑者起訴　即日保釈、保証金５００万円―ＭＤＭＡとＬＳＤ所持

　自宅で合成麻薬ＭＤＭＡとＬＳＤを所持したとして、東京地検は６日、麻薬取締法違反罪で、女優の沢尻エリカ容疑者（３３）を起訴した。認否は明らかにしていない。弁護人は同日、東京地裁に保釈を請求し、認められた。保釈保証金は５００万円で即日納付され、同容疑者は同日夜、勾留先の警視庁東京湾岸署を出た。
　起訴状などによると、沢尻容疑者は１１月１６日、東京都目黒区の自宅で、カプセルに入ったＭＤＭＡの粉末約０．１９８グラムを保管。ほかにＬＳＤを含んだ紙片約０．０８４グラムと液体約０．６０１グラムも所持したとされる。

　捜査関係者によると、沢尻容疑者はＭＤＭＡとＬＳＤについて、元交際相手でファッションデザイナーの横川直樹容疑者（３８）＝同法違反容疑で逮捕＝から渡されたものと説明している。
　沢尻容疑者は「１０年以上前から違法薬物を使っていた」とも供述したが、尿から薬物使用を示す反応は出なかったという。（2019/12/06-20:25）

The Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office indicted Japanese actress Erika Sawajiri on Friday for an alleged violation of the drug control law, after her arrest last month for possessing the synthetic drug MDMA at her home.
   Sawajiri's lawyer filed a bail request with Tokyo District Court on the day.
   Sawajiri, 33, was arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department on Nov. 16 on suspicion of possessing a capsule containing MDMA at her home in Tokyo's Meguro Ward.
   The actress admitted that the MDMA capsule was "mine," and explained that she received it from her former boyfriend, Naoki Yokokawa, a 38-eyar-old fashion designer who has been also arrested for an alleged violation of the law, according to investigative sources.
   Sawajiri said she had used illegal drugs for over 10 years, but her urine tests did not show positive results, the sources said.
