安倍首相「１３兆円規模の財政政策」　経済対策、きょう午後決定

　安倍晋三首相は５日、新たな経済対策について「令和最初の経済対策にふさわしい、力強い政策パッケージができた。１３兆円規模の思い切った財政政策を講ずる」と述べた。同日午前、首相官邸で開いた政府と与党の政策懇談会で語った。政府は午後の臨時閣議で、経済対策を決定する。
　自民党の岸田文雄政調会長は同日の政調審議会で、「実質ＧＤＰ（国内総生産）の押し上げ効果は１．４％になる」と語った。
　経済対策は、台風など自然災害からの復旧・復興、国内経済の下振れリスクへの対応や東京五輪・パラリンピック後の経済活力維持を目的に策定。国・地方の支出、国が低利で民間事業に融資する財政投融資を合わせた財政措置は１３．２兆円となる。総合的な事業規模は２６兆円程度に上る。（2019/12/05-12:01）

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Thursday that the government's planned economic package will feature some 13 trillion yen in fiscal spending.
   "We have made a powerful policy package fit for the first economic package of the Reiwa era," Abe said, referring to the new Imperial era that began in May. "We will implement drastic fiscal policies on the scale of 13 trillion yen."
   He made the comments in a policy round table of officials from the government and ruling coalition, held at the prime minister's office.
   The government will formally approve the economic package at an extraordinary cabinet meeting on Thursday afternoon.
   Fumio Kishida, policy chief of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party, said at a meeting of the party's Policy Research Council Board the same day that the package will lift Japan's real gross domestic product by 1.4 pct.
