東京、新たに１１４９人感染　大阪、兵庫は前週比倍増―新型コロナ

　東京都は１４日、新たに１１４９人の新型コロナウイルス感染が確認されたと発表した。前週の水曜日より２２９人増えた。都の新規感染者が１０００人を超えたのは約２カ月ぶりで、５月の「第４波」のピーク（１１２１人）を上回った。
　全国では計３１９４人の新規感染が判明した。３０００人を超えたのは６月２日以来。神奈川県で前週比１１１人増の３６１人が確認されるなど首都圏全体で増えた。大阪府、兵庫県でいずれも前週の倍以上となるなど、関西圏でも急増している。
　国内の死者は新たに２０人確認され、累計で１万５０００人を超えた。重症者は前日比１２人減の４１２人だった。
　都によると、都内の新規感染者の直近１週間平均は８２３．３人で、前週比１３０．３％。年代別では２０代が最多の３２６人で、３０代２１４人、４０代２０９人、５０代１４０人と続いた。６５歳以上は４６人。都基準の重症者は前日から４人減り５４人だった。
　都の担当者は「緊急事態宣言の効果が表れるのは月末ごろ」と指摘した上で、「ワクチン接種が追い付いていない。感染するリスクは身の回りに多くあると認識した上で行動してほしい」と話した。
　大阪府の新規感染者は３４９人で、３００人を上回ったのは５月２７日以来。年代別では２０代が１２２人と突出して多く、次いで３０代が５７人、４０代が５４人と続いた。（2021/07/14-20:23）

Tokyo confirmed 1,149 new cases of COVID-19 infection on Wednesday, the first daily count above 1,000 since May 13.
   The figure rose by 229 from a week before, exceeding the week-before level for the 25th successive day.
   The seven-day average of daily new cases in the Japanese capital grew 30.3 pct from a week before to 823.3.
   People in their 20s accounted for the largest group of new cases by age, at 326, followed by 214 among those in their 30s, 209 among those in their 40s and 140 among those in their 50s. New cases among people aged 65 or over totaled 46.
   The number of COVID-19 patients with severe symptoms, recognized by the Tokyo metropolitan government's standards, fell by four from Tuesday to 54.
