野党、内閣不信任案１５日に提出　国会延長、与党が拒否

　通常国会会期末を１６日に控え、立憲民主、共産、国民民主、社民４党は１４日、国会内で党首会談を開き、内閣不信任決議案を１５日に提出することを決めた。要求していた３カ月の会期延長を自民党が拒否し、信任に値しないと判断した。
　野党４党は１５日午前９時に不信任案を提出する予定。菅義偉首相は不信任案が提出されれば衆院解散で対抗する可能性を排除しておらず、与野党攻防は大詰めを迎える。
　不信任案が提出されれば２０１９年６月以来２年ぶり。会談後、立憲の枝野幸男代表は国会内で記者団に「戦後最大の危機から国民の命と暮らしを守るという首相としての責任感、自覚、危機感が全く感じられない」と厳しく批判した。
　先進７カ国首脳会議（Ｇ７サミット）のため英国を訪問していた首相は１４日帰国。この後、国会最終盤の対応について自民党の二階俊博幹事長、森山裕国対委員長らと協議し、野党が要求した会期延長に応じないことを確認した。森山氏は立憲の安住淳国対委員長に延長拒否を伝えた。
　首相らは不信任案が出された場合、衆院解散もあり得ると野党へのけん制を強めている。首相は英コーンウォールで記者団に、衆院解散の可能性に関し「（不信任案が）出た段階で考えたい」と否定しなかった。二階氏も記者団に「解散を首相に進言する」と語った。
　ただ、自民党幹部は「首相はワクチン接種に力を入れたいだろう」と指摘。首相は今国会での解散を見送り、不信任案は否決されるとの見方を示した。（2021/06/14-22:04）

The Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan and three other opposition parties agreed Monday to submit a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga's cabinet on Tuesday.
   The move came after the ruling Liberal Democratic Party rejected the opposition parties' demand for a three-month extension of the ongoing ordinary session of the Diet, the country's parliament, scheduled to end Wednesday.
   It will be the first time since June 2019 for a no-confidence motion against a cabinet to be submitted.
   Suga told reporters in Cornwall, southwestern England, on Sunday that he would consider the possibility of dissolving the House of Representatives for a general election after his cabinet faces any no-confidence motion.
   At their meeting on June 2, Suga and Natsuo Yamaguchi, leader of Komeito, the LDP's coalition partner, agreed not to extend the current Diet session.
