４月給与１．６％増　残業代の伸び、反動で最大

　厚生労働省が８日発表した４月の毎月勤労統計調査（速報値）によると、名目賃金を示す現金給与総額は、前年同月比１．６％増の２７万９１３５円だった。増加は２カ月連続で、伸び率は２０１８年１１月（１．７％増）以来の大きさ。新型コロナウイルス対策で初めての緊急事態宣言が発令された前年同月は、企業活動の停滞による残業の減少で落ち込んでおり、反動が出た。
　現金給与総額のうち、残業代が含まれる所定外給与は６．４％増と、比較可能な１３年１月以降で最大の伸びだった。厚労省は「所定外給与は２年前の水準を回復していない。５月は足元の緊急事態宣言の影響も予想される」と指摘している。
　物価変動の影響を差し引いた実質賃金は２．１％増。１０年７月（２．４％増）以来の伸びだった。（2021/06/08-08:34）

Nominal wages in Japan in April rose 1.6 pct from a year before to 279,135 yen on average, the largest monthly gain since November 2018, the labor ministry said in a preliminary report on Tuesday.
   Wages increased for the second consecutive month in reaction to the slowdown of business activity a year earlier, when the country's first ever coronavirus state of emergency was declared.
   Of the total nominal wages, overtime and other nonregular pay jumped 6.4 pct, the largest increase since comparable records began in January 2013.
   "Nonregular pay has yet to recover to levels marked two years ago," or before the coronavirus crisis, a ministry official said. "The effects of the ongoing state of emergency are expected for May."
   Regular pay including basic salary climbed 0.9 pct. For part-time workers, regular pay jumped 4.9 pct after their working hours were reduced a year earlier following the coronavirus outbreak.
