冬のボーナス、２年連続過去最高　大手企業、平均９６万円―経団連集計

　経団連が１４日発表した大手企業の冬のボーナス妥結状況（第１回集計）によると、１２業種８２社の組合員平均は、前年比１．４９％増の９６万４５４３円と、２年連続で過去最高を更新した。１２月下旬に予定する最終集計でも高い水準が見込まれ、経団連は「月例賃金も含めて賃上げの流れは維持されている」（労働政策本部）と分析している。
　１２業種中７業種が前年を上回り、妥結額は、建設（１７２万３８１８円）や自動車（１０２万３０５７円）などが高水準。全体では５年連続で９０万円を超えた。
　第１回集計は調査対象となる大手企業の約３分の１。多くが春闘の際に年間ボーナス支給額を一括して妥結しており、経団連は「前年度の好業績が反映された」（労働政策本部）とみている。（2019/11/14-17:16）

Major Japanese companies will pay record-high winter bonuses for the second straight year, the Japan Business Federation, or Keidanren, said Thursday.
   Bonuses agreed in labor-management wage negotiations for this winter averaged 964,543 yen, showing a rise of 1.49 pct from the previous year's winter and topping 900,000 yen for the fifth consecutive year, according to the first-round Keidanren tally, which covered about one-third of its member companies.
   Specifically, winter bonuses will increase year on year in seven of 12 industries covered by the initial survey, with contractors and automakers agreeing to pay as high as 1,723,818 yen and 1,023,057 yen on average, respectively.
   A record bonus level is expected to be shown as well in the final report by the organization of leading Japanese firms, due out in late December, a Keidanren official at the labor policy headquarters said, adding that pay hike momentum continues.
