ヤフーとＬＩＮＥが統合検討　月内合意目指す

　ソフトバンク傘下で検索サービス「ヤフー」を展開するＺホールディングス（ＨＤ）と、無料通信アプリを手掛けるＬＩＮＥが経営統合する方向で検討に入ったことが１３日、分かった。それぞれの顧客基盤や技術を活用し、事業強化を図るのが狙いだ。月内の合意を目指す。
　ソフトバンクと、ＬＩＮＥの親会社である韓国ＩＴ大手ネイバーが折半で共同出資会社を設立し、ＺＨＤを傘下に収める。その上で、事業会社のヤフーとＬＩＮＥをＺＨＤの１００％子会社としてぶら下げる案が浮上している。（2019/11/14-00:42）

Yahoo Japan owner Z Holdings Corp. and free messaging app provider Line Corp. are considering merging operations, informed sources said Wednesday.
The two sides aim to strengthen operations by using each other's customer base and technologies, the sources said. They hope to reach agreement on the deal by the end of this month, the sources said.
