予備費１３１６億円を閣議決定　台風の被災地支援

　政府は８日、台風１５号と１９号などによる被災地の再建支援として、２０１９年度予算で計上した予備費のうち１３１６億円の支出を閣議決定した。政府が前日公表した「対策パッケージ」に基づく、中小企業支援（５０１億円）、農業支援（１５１億円）などが柱。
　主な内訳を見ると、中小企業が連携して施設復旧費の補助を受けられる「グループ補助金」に１４４億円を計上。コメの浸水被害や稲わらの撤去といった稲作農家支援に１７億円、被害を受けた果樹の植え替えなどに１４億円を充てる。
　ホテルや旅館の宿泊料金について１人１泊当たり５０００円を補助するなど被災地の観光業支援に２９億円、廃棄物、がれき、土砂の処理には１７４億円をそれぞれ盛り込んだ。
　一連の豪雨・暴風被害に関し、政府はこれまでに予備費約２０億円を支出していた。１９年度予算で５０００億円計上していた予備費の残りは３０５０億円となった。（2019/11/08-11:03）

The Japanese government at a cabinet meeting Friday decided to disburse 131.6 billion yen from its fiscal 2019 budget reserves to help areas affected by recent powerful typhoons.
   The funds will be spent on measures included in a support package announced by the government on Thursday for rebuilding the daily lives of people and industries affected by Typhoon Faxai, Typhoon Hagibis and other disasters.
   The government will use 50.1 billion yen for small companies, including 14.4 billion yen in "group subsidies," to be provided to small companies working in cooperation to restore their damaged facilities.
   For the agricultural sector, 15.1 billion yen will be spent. Rice farmers will get 1.7 billion yen to remove tainted rice straws and cope with other damage, while 1.4 billion yen will be used for the replanting of fruit trees.
   The government will distribute 2.9 billion yen to the tourism industry in disaster-hit areas, including 5,000 yen in subsidies to help cover fees at hotels and "ryokan" Japanese-style inns per guest per night.
