レオパレス、業績予想を訂正　通期純損失３０４億円に拡大

　賃貸アパート大手のレオパレス２１は８日、前日に公表した２０２０年３月期の連結業績予想を訂正すると発表した。純損失は７日公表時の２７３億円から３０４億円に拡大する。繰り延べ税金資産の算定で誤りがあったためと説明している。売上高や営業利益の予想に変更はない。（2019/11/08-11:13）

Leopalace21 Corp. corrected Friday its consolidated net loss forecast for the year to March 2020 due to a miscalculation of deferred tax assets.
The major apartment rental company expects to incur a net loss of 30.4 billion yen in fiscal 2019, bigger than the 27.3 billion yen announced the previous day.
