９月家計支出、９．５％増　増税前駆け込み、伸び率最大―総務省

　総務省が８日発表した９月の家計調査によると、１世帯（２人以上）当たりの消費支出は３０万６０９円となり、物価変動の影響を除いた実質で前年同月比９．５％増加した。プラスは１０カ月連続。
　１０月に消費税増税を控えた駆け込み需要の影響で、伸び率は比較可能な２００１年１月以来、最も大きくなった。消費税率が１４年４月、５％から８％へ引き上げられた際、同年３月の伸び率は７．２％で、今年９月はこれを上回った。１８年９月が天候不順でマイナスだった反動も出たとみられる。
　項目別にみると、電気冷蔵庫やエアコンなどの家電、鉄道の定期券、ドライブレコーダーなどの自動車関連用品、コンタクトレンズなど幅広い品目で上昇した。同省は「駆け込みなどにより一時的に大きく増加している」（統計調査部）と指摘している。
　サラリーマン世帯の実収入は１世帯当たり４５万７４２７円。実質０．４％減少し、２カ月連続のマイナスとなった。（2019/11/08-10:51）

Japanese household spending in September surged 9.5 pct from a year before in inflation-adjusted real terms, reflecting last-minute demand before the Oct. 1 consumption tax rate hike from 8 pct to 10 pct, the internal affairs ministry said Friday.
   The rise was the largest since comparable data became available in January 2001.
   Consumption expenditures by households with two or more members averaged 300,609 yen, growing for the 10th consecutive month.
   The spending jump in September exceeded the 7.2 pct gain recorded in March 2014, just before the April 1 consumption tax rate increase from 5 pct to 8 pct in the same year.
   The September surge may have also reflected a rebound from a spending drop in the same month last year that partly stemmed from bad weather, ministry officials said.
