Toyota Probed in U.S. over Possible Bribery at Thai Unit

Toyota Motor Corp. revealed Thursday that it is being investigated by U.S. authorities over suspected bribery involving a subsidiary in Thailand.
The Japanese automaker reported the possible corruption to the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice in April 2020 and is cooperating with their investigations, according to an SEC filing dated Thursday.
