ＮＥＣ、華虹半導体株を売却　個別業績に特別利益５８１億円

　ＮＥＣは１７日、政策保有株式の見直しの一環として、香港証券取引所に上場する華虹半導体有限公司の株式を売却すると発表した。売却益は約５８１億円の見込み。２０２１年３月期の個別業績に特別利益として計上するが、国際会計基準に準拠する連結純利益への影響はないという。（2021/02/17-10:42）

Japanese electronics maker NEC Corp. said Wednesday it will sell its shares in Hong Kong-based Hua Hong Semiconductor Ltd. as part of a review of its strategic shareholdings.
The gain on the sale of the company, listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange, is estimated at 58.1 billion yen.
