１０都府県の宣言継続、警戒緩めず　１２日に対策本部―政府

　政府は１２日、新型コロナウイルス感染症対策本部（本部長・菅義偉首相）の会合を首相官邸で開き、１０都府県に発令している緊急事態宣言の継続を確認する。医療提供体制の逼迫（ひっぱく）が続く中、警戒を緩めない方針だ。３月７日の宣言期限を待たず、一部地域で前倒し解除が可能かどうかの判断は、来週以降に先送りする。
　首相は１１日、岡部信彦内閣官房参与（川崎市健康安全研究所長）らと首相公邸で面会した。岡部氏は厚生労働省の専門家組織「アドバイザリーボード」のメンバー。同組織がこの日開いた会合を踏まえ、医療現場の現状などについて報告を受けた。
　新型コロナ対策の改正特別措置法は１３日に施行される。新設の「まん延防止等重点措置」は、緊急事態宣言中でなくても、飲食店に営業時間短縮を要請・命令できる。応じない場合の罰則規定も設けた。
　１２日の対策本部では、改正特措法の内容を反映させるため、基本的対処方針を改定する。これに先立ち、専門家による基本的対処方針等諮問委員会を開いて意見を聴く。
　緊急事態宣言は現在、東京・神奈川・埼玉・千葉の首都圏４都県、愛知・岐阜の東海２県、大阪・京都・兵庫の関西３府県、福岡県を対象に発令している。
　このうち、感染状況が改善傾向にある愛知、岐阜、福岡各県について、政府は先行解除を検討。しかし、病床使用率が依然、緊急事態宣言の対象となる「ステージ４」相当にあることなどを踏まえ、継続が妥当と判断した。
　政府は、対象地域の知事らの意見を聴くなど感染状況を慎重に見極め、改めて解除の可否を判断する。
　対策本部ではまた、１７日にも始まる医療従事者を対象にした新型コロナのワクチン接種に向け、関係省庁と自治体の連携を確認する。（2021/02/11-20:33）

The Japanese government at a meeting of its coronavirus response headquarters Friday is set to confirm the continuation of its extended fresh state of emergency over the virus in 10 prefectures.
   It will not lower the guard against the novel coronavirus as the medical service systems in the prefectures remain under strain.
   The government will put off to next week or later a decision on whether to lift the state of emergency for some of the 10 prefectures before its scheduled end in March.
   On Thursday, Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga held a meeting with people including Nobuhiko Okabe, a special adviser to the cabinet and member of the health ministry's advisory board on the coronavirus epidemic.
   Suga received an explanation about the current medical care situation and other issues related to the virus crisis, based on discussions at the day's meeting of the advisory board, a group of experts. Okabe also serves as chief of a health research institute of the city of Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, south of Tokyo.
