米で２５年までに４割電動化　バイデン政権下で弾み―トヨタ

　【ニューヨーク時事】トヨタ自動車の米子会社、北米トヨタは１０日、２０２５年までに米国で販売する新車の４割を電動車とする目標を明らかにした。３０年までにこの比率を７割近くまで高めることを目指す。１月に誕生したバイデン政権が環境規制の強化や電気自動車（ＥＶ）の普及を目指しており、電動車の販売に弾みをつけたい考えだ。
　トヨタはまた、年内に米国でＥＶ２車種とプラグインハイブリッド車（ＰＨＶ）１車種を発表すると明らかにした。報道によれば、発売は２２年になるとみられる。（2021/02/11-10:49）

Toyota North America Inc. has set a goal of 40 pct for the proportion of electrified vehicles in all new vehicles it sells in the United States by 2025, company officials said Wednesday.
The unit of Japan's Toyota Motor Corp. aims to raise the figure to nearly 70 pct by 2030, according to the officials.
