キリン、ミャンマー合弁解消へ　国軍系企業に申し入れ

　キリンホールディングス（ＨＤ）は５日、ミャンマーでのビール事業に関し、国軍系企業との合弁を早期に解消すると発表した。クーデターで実権を掌握した国軍の資金源となっている可能性を人権団体や国連から指摘されていた。既に合弁解消を申し入れており、今後別のパートナーを探して同国での事業継続を目指す。
　多くの日本企業が合弁事業を展開しているが、クーデター後に解消の動きが明らかになるのは初めてとみられる。今後同様の動きが相次ぐ可能性がある。（2021/02/05-12:28）

Kirin to Dissolve Joint Venture Deal with Myanmar Firm

Japanese beverage group Kirin Holdings Co. said Friday it will dissolve at an early date a joint venture partnership with a company affiliated with Myanmar's military.
Kirin has been producing beer in Myanmar under the partnership, but a human rights organization and the United Nations have suggested that the business may have become a source of revenue for the military, which has seized power in a coup.
