全日空、冬の一時金ゼロ　コロナ禍で初、日航は８割減

　全日本空輸は３０日、冬の一時金を初めてゼロとすることで労働組合と妥結した。新型コロナウイルスの影響で旅客需要が激減し、業績が大幅に悪化。固定費圧縮のため、冬の一時金ゼロや給与の減額などで一般社員約１万５０００人の年収を３割削減する方針を労組に提案していた。月額給与などの協議は継続している。
　日本航空も同日、冬の一時金について前年比８割減の０．５カ月分で労組と妥結した。
　全日空の冬の一時金ゼロは記録の残る１９６２年以降で初めて。夏の一時金は１カ月分に半減させた。月給については一律で５％カットする方針で、遅くとも来年１月に始めたい考えだ。（2020/11/30-21:29）

All Nippon Airways on Monday reached agreement with its labor union to skip winter bonuses for the first time ever as the Japanese airline is struggling with the coronavirus pandemic.
Skipping winter bonuses is part of a broader plan by the ANA Holdings Inc. unit to cut annual pay for some 15,000 employees by 30 pct.
