ＮＥＣ社長に森田副社長昇格　海外展開を加速―来年４月１日

　ＮＥＣは３０日、森田隆之副社長兼最高財務責任者（６０）が来年４月１日付で社長兼最高経営責任者（ＣＥＯ）に昇格するトップ人事を発表した。新野隆社長兼ＣＥＯ（６６）は代表権のある副会長に就く。収益構造の改革に一定のめどが立ったことから、次の中期経営計画が始まる来年度を見据えて経営体制を一新する。海外部門が長い森田氏の下でグローバル事業の拡大を目指す。（2020/11/30-11:34）

NEC to Promote Veep Morita to President Next April

Japanese electronics maker NEC Corp. said Monday it will promote Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Takayuki Morita, 60, to president and chief executive officer, effective April 1, 2021.
Current President and CEO Takashi Niino, 66, will step aside to become vice chairman with the right to represent the company.
