パワハラ根絶、全社員で宣言　再発防止強化策―三菱電機

　三菱電機は２５日、上司のパワハラが原因とみられる社員の自殺など労務問題の再発防止徹底に向け追加対策を公表した。役員を含む全社員がハラスメント行為を行わないと書面で宣言する。外部専門家らによる意見を踏まえて対策を強化し、職場からハラスメント根絶を目指す。
　三菱電機は今月、全社員の宣言書提出や長時間労働の撲滅などを盛り込んだ「労使共同宣言」を採択。新たに来年度から社内外の相談窓口に寄せられたハラスメントの件数、威圧的な叱責といった発生内容を社内公開する。管理職の評価に同僚や部下が加わる「３６０度評価」も導入する。（2020/11/25-21:13）

All employees of Mitsubishi Electric Corp. , including executives, will declare in writing that they will not engage in acts of power harassment.
The planned declaration was included in a set of new measures, announced by the company on Wednesday, to prevent a recurrence of labor problems, including the suicide of an employee believed to have been caused by power harassment by a senior colleague.
