キリン、豪飲料の売却発表　４０９億円、現地乳業大手に

　キリンホールディングスは２６日、オーストラリアの飲料事業を地元の乳業大手ベガ・チーズへ売却すると発表した。譲渡額は５億６０００万豪ドル（約４０９億円）。中国企業への売却がいったん決まったが、豪中関係の悪化などで撤回し、改めて売却先を探していた。
　売却するのは、キリンのオセアニア地域統括会社傘下で乳製品などを取り扱うライオン―デアリーアンドドリンクスの全株式で、来年３月までに完了する。２００７年に約２９４０億円で買収したが低収益が続き、チーズ事業を１９年１０月にカナダ乳業大手へ売却。残る事業は中国蒙牛乳業へ約４５０億円で売却することを決めたが、外資による投資案件の是非を判断する豪外国投資審査委員会（ＦＩＲＢ）が承認する見通しが立たず断念した。（2020/11/26-10:21）

Japan's Kirin Holdings Co. said Thursday it will sell its Australian beverage business to local dairy giant Bega Cheese Ltd. for 560 million Australian dollars, or some 40.9 billion yen.
The sale of all shares of Lion-Dairy & Drinks Pty., which also manufactures dairy products and is under the wing of Kirin's unit supervising its Oceanian operations, will be completed by March next year.
