２０年の賃上げ企業、９年ぶり減　８．７ポイント低下、コロナが宿泊・飲食直撃

　厚生労働省が２５日発表した賃金引き上げ実態調査によると、２０２０年中に賃上げを実施した企業（見込みを含む）の割合は、前年比８．７ポイント低下の８１．５％となった。新型コロナウイルス感染拡大が宿泊・飲食サービス業などを直撃したことが響いて９年ぶりに減少し、１３年以来の低水準となった。下落幅はリーマン・ショック直後の０９年（１２．３ポイント）以来の大きさ。
　同省は「企業は一般的に前年業績を踏まえて賃金改定を決めるので、すぐに方向転換できない」としており、コロナの影響は今後本格化するとの見方を示した。
　宿泊・飲食サービス業は３０．６ポイント低下の４９．３％で、賃上げ企業の割合が最も低かった。全体の１人当たりの平均改定幅は、前年を６５２円下回る月４９４０円の増額。７年ぶりに５０００円を割り込んだ。
　賃金改定を実施しない企業は９．５％、引き下げた企業は２．１％でいずれも急増した。改定を決める際に重視した要素は「業績」（４９．０％）が最も多く、「雇用維持」（８．０％）が「労働力の確保・定着」（同）と並ぶ２番目に浮上した。（2020/11/25-17:27）

The proportion of Japanese companies raising wages marked its first decline in nine years in 2020, as the coronavirus crisis hit the hotel and restaurant industry hard, a labor ministry survey showed Wednesday.
   The share of companies that raised or plan to raise wages this year fell 8.7 percentage points from the previous year to 81.5 pct, the lowest since 2013, the ministry said.
   The pace of decline was the steepest since a 12.3-point plunge in 2009, in the aftermath of the global financial crisis, the survey showed.
   A ministry official said the impact of the coronavirus epidemic is expected to be more evident from now.
   "Companies can't change wages quickly as their decisions are based on earnings in the previous year in general," the official said.
