飲食２万５０００店に時短要請　大阪市内２区、２７日から１５日間

　大阪府は２４日の新型コロナウイルス対策本部会議で、大阪市内の北区、中央区の全域を対象に、接待を伴う飲食店や酒類を提供する飲食店など約２万５０００店に対し、午後９時までの営業時間短縮を求めると決めた。コロナ対策を講じていない店舗には休業要請も行う。期間は２７日から１５日間。
　北区には歓楽街の北新地があり、中央区には飲食店の集まる繁華街「ミナミ」が含まれる。吉村洋文知事は会議で「非常に狭いエリアにお店が集中している。何とか繁華街での感染拡大を防ごうという考え方だ」と説明した。
　時短要請に応じた事業者には、１５日間で国と府から３０万円の協力金を支給するとともに、市が２０万円を独自に上乗せする。一方、府の「感染防止宣言ステッカー」を掲示せず対策を講じていない店舗には、休業を要請する。
　大阪市の松井一郎市長は会議に先立って記者団の取材に応じ、「切迫した医療体制の中で医療崩壊を起こさせないためにご理解いただきたい」と語った。
　府内では、重症者向けの病床使用率が２４日時点で５割に達した。さらに感染が拡大した場合、要請の対象地域拡大や期間延長を検討する。（2020/11/24-19:32）

The prefectural government of Osaka, western Japan, said Tuesday it will ask about 25,000 restaurants and bars in its capital city of Osaka to move up their closing time to 9 p.m. or earlier.
   The decision was made at a meeting of the prefectural government's coronavirus response task force amid a recent surge in infection.
   The request will be in place for 15 days starting Friday.
   Subject to the request will be restaurants and bars in Kita Ward, which hosts the Kitashinchi entertainment district, and Chuo Ward, home to the Minami entertainment district.
   "Stores are concentrated in very small areas" in the wards, Osaka Governor Hirofumi Yoshimura said at the meeting. "We aim to prevent the spread of infections in entertainment districts somehow," he said.
