ソフトバンクＧ、米ウィーワークの経営権取得へ＝米紙報道

　【ニューヨーク時事】米紙ウォール・ストリート・ジャーナル（電子版）は２２日、共用オフィス「ウィーワーク」を運営する米ウィーカンパニーの取締役会が、ソフトバンクグループによるウィー社の経営権取得を承認したと報じた。同日中にも発表される見通しだという。
　同紙が報じた関係者の話では、ソフトバンクＧは約１７億ドル（約１８５０億円）をウィー創業者のニューマン会長に支払う。これにより、ウィー株式１０億ドル相当を取得するほか、ニューマン氏に５億ドルを融資する。ニューマン氏は取締役を退く。（2019/10/23-00:05）

Japan's Softbank Group Corp. has offered nearly 10 billion dollars in financial assistance to The We Company, which runs the WeWork office space-sharing services, informed sources said Tuesday.
Softbank Group proposed extending 5 billion dollars in loans and investing up to 3 billion dollars to take a majority stake in the U.S. startup through a tender offer.
