アサヒ、豪ＣＵＢの５ブランド売却　ハイネケンへ、年内承認を想定

　アサヒグループホールディングスは２８日、６月に買収を完了した豪州ビール最大手カールトン・アンド・ユナイテッド・ブルワリーズ（ＣＵＢ）が持つ５ブランドを、オランダのビール大手ハイネケンへ売却すると発表した。売却額は非公表で、業績への影響は軽微という。年内に当局の承認が得られるとみている。（2020/10/28-11:16）

Asahi to Sell 5 CUB Brands to Heineken

Asahi Group Holdings Ltd. , owner of Carlton & United Breweries, said Wednesday it will sell five CUB brands to Heineken NV.
The Japanese beverage group did not disclose the sale price for the brands, including Stella Artois, Beck's and Strongbow.
